Endeavor Consortia Work Group:
There will be two representatives from each institutions on the two hubs and representative for each hub (maybe Dave and Keith) in the Work Group.
Maybe ask Linda who the official contact from each group is. The reps will also be on the listserv. We will purge the list. Order the members list on the web by institution.
The chair will be decided at the next meeting.
Miko will draft a charge for the next meeting.
KVUG will be open to anyone using Endeavor. Will include Voyager updates and come up with the governance structure.
The first fall meeting will be held 10/26 - 10/27 at UofL. Schedule will be something like:
Thurs AM - Acq 2k; SIG's
Thurs PM - Business Meeting
Fri AM - Acq 2k
Discussion of Training:
Have UK and Morehead tell us about e-reserves at next meeting.
1 day in the west
1 day at UK
NKU has 5 or 6
and KCTCS has people they would like to send.
Can do 10 people per day. Should do 3 or 4 days. Libraries can determine the content.
Let Miko know who needs follow-up training and a time frame
