Getting EBSCO Statistics

1. Access EBSCO Admin at http://eadmin.epnet.com/eadmin/login.asp

2. Enter the EBSCO Admin ID/Password (If you do not have one, you may request one from Tammie Clements at KYVL)

3. Click on Reports and Statistics

(In order to retrieve statistical data, you will have to generate a report)
4. At this point, you have the option of selecting:
   • Session Usage - this report shows the number of logins, number of searches, number of hits, number of abstracts accessed and the number of fulltext articles accessed in a specified time period.
   • Database Usage - this report shows the number of searches, number of hits, number of abstracts accessed, and the number of fulltext articles accessed in a specified time period for each database.
   • Title Usage - this report shows the number of searches, number of hits, number of abstracts accessed, and the number of fulltext articles accessed in a specified time period for each journal title.
   • This report shows the number of logins per IP address. This information can be obtained only at the Site level.
   • View/Edit Scheduled Reports - View/Edit Scheduled Reports
     (You can set EBSCOAdmin to automatically email reports to yourself)

5. Select the Database Usage option
   You will see:
