Agriculture
This section provides statistical information on all aspects of agriculture in Kentucky. This includes farms and farm operators, land use, farm income, expenditures and debt, farm output, productivity and marketing, specific crops and livestock, poultry and their products.

- The Census of Agriculture occurs every five years and provides comprehensive statistics for the United States and its outlying areas. The 1992 and the 1997 Census are available online.

- This annual publication provides a detailed look at agriculture in Kentucky. It includes information on number and size of farms, weather, crops and livestock production, dairy production, farm income, and production costs. You can find a summary for the state as well as summaries for individual counties.

- This site, from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture provides information on production and prices for livestock and grain in Kentucky.
