- The Commission handles reports of discrimination and violations of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act and educates the public concerning their rights under the law. and promoting the well-being of Kentuckians by delivering quality human services." They are responsible for child abuse investigations, foster care and adoption, child support collection, food stamp and disability determinations, etc.

- This site includes general information, statistics, legislation, federal and state laws, information about victims'rights and links to victim services agencies and organizations.
